Ciftci Towers has a total construction area of 292,000 m2 with a structure of two 45-storey towers sitting on a base of 25,000 m2. The project includes approximately 84,000 square meters of residences, 10,000 square meters of offices, 68,000 square meters of commercial space, warehouse and technical floor areas and a 2,500-vehicle parking lot. In Çiftçi Towers, there are 288 residences, a shopping center underneath and offices on the first 10 floors of the first tower designed as an independent building with all its infrastructure. In the common areas, there are an outdoor-indoor pool, an open-air jogging track, a sports center and lounge areas that can only be used by residence owners.
